Help With Food and Money Issues

Help With Food and Money Issues

Please know that you’re not alone and there is support available. Here are some local organisations and groups that can help with food and money issues.

Many people are worried about the cost of living right now. As GPs and practice teams, we know all too well how much this impacts on patient’s physical and mental health. And it can be overwhelming to know who to approach for help especially if you haven’t needed support before.

Sudden changes to your income through the loss of employment, welfare benefits, relationships, housing can have a huge impact on your physical and mental wellbeing. Don’t be ashamed in times of a crisis to ask for urgent help.
