- Are you interested in what health services are available to patients who come to our Swinton GP practices?
- How we can improve them?
- What we can do differently to help people who need extra support?
If you’re one of our patients that cares about the health and wellbeing of your family and other local people in our community, we want to hear from you.
Our aim is to listen to your ideas and views about what our GP practices can do to improve our current services and put a plan into action.
This isn’t just lip service. We’re already doing this in Swinton practices individually but as we do more things together, we want patients from across our practices involved too.
We’d love you to join our Patient Group. We welcome all comments, no matter what your age and background. We encourage as many of our patients as possible to have a voice and you can be involved as much or as little as you like.
All of your views are kept in the strictest confidence.
How do I join the Patient Group?
Our Patient Group meets 3-4 times throughout the year. We usually have a practice manager and either a GP or nurse who attends too.
We know you’re busy so if you’re unable to make face to face meetings, you can be involved virtually instead.
As a member, you will receive a few emails throughout the year asking your views on a range of topics, a quarterly newsletter and the latest information about our new patient services.
